Extended Stay Resorts

All units are fully furnished three bedrooms, 3-1/2 bath, and include the following: all linens, dishes, basic cable television, high speed internet, utilities and three White Barn Estates grounds permits for use during your stay (one pass per bedroom). Additional All-Day passes may be purchased for $16.00 each inside Marshal Dillon's. We are a short distance from a number of shopping opportunities, as well as a variety of restaurants, and just three miles from Boone Pickens Stadium.

Check-Out Time: Noon

Nightly & Short Term Stay Cancelation Policy

Cancellations or no shows will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

3 Bedroom:

$270.00 nightly + tax
Extra Bed: $50.00 nightly + tax

Home Game & OSU Graduation Weekend

$695.00 + tax

(Above 6 people per unit will be charged an additional $40.00 per person per night)

Weekend

$550.00 3 days 2 nights (weekend) + tax

(Above 6 people per unit will be charged an additional $40.00 per person per night)

Weekly

$935.00 7 days 6 nights (week) + tax

(Above 6 people per unit will be charged an additional $40.00 per person per night)

Extended Stay Rates

Stays one month or longer require a deposit of $1000.00. This will either be applied to balance due at check for one month stays, or will be applied to the final month of a longer stay. Cancellations or No Shows will result in forfeiture of deposit.

3+ Months: $1,850.00
Yearly: $1,750.00
Extra bed: $25.00 nightly + tax
Maid Service is available for an additional $50.00 per week.

Each Rental includes three White Barn Grounds Use Permits. Access to:
